Resources
As I outline in the book, it is essential to find inspiration wherever you can. Ideally, from those who you know to respect around you. If you don’t have people close to you then find a bookstore. New or used. Doesn’t matter. The shelves are filled with treasures. Some of which I outline below. I will constantly update this list. I am always discovering new treasures. People are always referring each other great new books and resources.
If you know of a book, speech, TedTalk, video, podcast that you think I should listen to or that I should post under this resource section, please let me know. I’m always searching for inspiration where ever I can find it.

Tom Bilyeu is the founder of www.impacttheory.com. He does an amazing job interviewing some of the brightest minds and most energetic people out there. He draws out life lessons from each person he interviews.
www.jamesclear.com is a well-organized and terrific resource for articles on habit formation. He has an ongoing project where he is listing and providing a link to “Great Talks Most People Have Never Heard of.” It is a terrific resource. He also has a weekly Thursday bulletin called 3:2:1. 3 ideas from James Clear. 2 quotes from others and 1 question for you. Its free to subscribe and worth the short interruption.
www.motiversity.com I would frequently go to YouTube and watch videos from this site. I love many of the speakers. People like Walter Bond former NBA player, William Hollis and Billy Alsbrooks and many others. Sometimes when you’re too sick to read, or to move, it’s time to let your ears and eyes do the work. Find motivation, inspiration from others who have faced challenges and overcome incredible obstacles when the odds were clearly against them.
